Hello Alexey - Thank you for your kind reply. I've been trying that with not much luck.
Because my project spans GPS weeks 1973 through 1976, I first began trying to load the entire period of time covering my project. My last tests in trying to load the sp3 file was for a smaller period:
no sp3 2.PNG

After clicking OK, a small window opens with not showing any information for a long pause, followed very quickly by a flash of information in that window before closing and then displaying no sp3 found.

This image was only on the screen for a second, and I was really lucky in snagging this screen capture.

Kelly, you are right.
Below a piece of my mail to @Shawn Billings from 30.01.2018

Hi Shawn,

1. Precise ephemeris.

1.a. Manual mode

Download SP3 files (formats "b" and "c") for 3 consecutive days (previous, current , next to day of interest)

link: ftp://geodesy.noaa.gov/cors/rinex/

Example : igs19833.sp3.gz for GPS. igl19833.sp3.gz for GLONASS.

Import files into Justin: Main Program Menu > Project > Import files > Files of type > SP3 files(*.SP3)

1. b Automatic mode

Main Program Menu > Project > Load SP3 from internet. This way does not work on current Justin version due to path to precise ephemeris had been changed.

To update obsolete Justin link unzip attached archive to any folder and run bat file.
>>

Path to SP3 source is in Access database file c:\ProgramData\JAVAD GNSS\Justin\Param.jdb (table SiteSystem)

After running the Update.bat file (thank you again for providing that), I went looking for the Access database file Param.jdb on my system and didn't see it, only one file: aps.cfg

Location of Param.jdb depends on Windows, Justin version, your rights on PC. Anyhow the file is searchable. I've attached updated Param.jdb.

Hello Alexey - Thank you for providing this example Param.jdb; however, I was unable to open it using OpenOffice Base v4.1.5.

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all hidden system files and folders displayed in Explorer; Justin v2.123.161.53; I have full administrative privileges.
in Access database file c:\ProgramData\JAVAD GNSS\Justin\Param.jdb (table SiteSystem)

I was unable to find it in the specified directory or anywhere after doing a complete search of c:\ (SSD where programs reside) and d:\ (working data folders and files)
Cannot find param jdb.PNG

In any event, still no sp3 for me.

One comment about the delivered format: they're compressed and if you use Justin's filter set to sp3, they'll be listed as legal files, but Justin won't allow them to be loaded. Consider allowing Justin either .sp3 or .sp3.Z to be loaded when the sp3 filter is selected.

There it is! Thank you Alexey.

Yet, I wonder why didn't Window's Explorer Search find it? Who knows?

After replacing the old Param.jdb with the one you provided, it appears that I should have exported the Reference Points as they're now missing. Something to note for next time.

In any event, the trick worked and the sp3.Z files from the internet appear to have been loaded.

I tried this several times including coverage for the entire month of November, although the progress window above did gray out looking like it was non-responsive for a short while, it eventually finished loading.
