Where Have You Been with Your LS Lately?

Surveying a 100 acre farm just outside of Elizabethtown Ky. One of the most impressive shots I have taken. I have the tilt compensator on and I take 4 shots rotating the pole 90deg each time. Look at the Pdelta at the top left and the distance to last at the bottom right.

Great video, I consider you a lucky guy to have that help along with you on both jobs!! If I may ask, what profile setup did you use for the creek location, and what base and which TLS were used, TLS standard, or TLS +. Also why the second TLS along the creek. I genuinely enjoy the videos that you and others post.

Thanks Steve, It was the same Job and the same day for both of them. Laney's a good worker. The 2nd LS is so Laney could take creek shots too. She was carrying a standard LS. I had the LS Plus and the base was a standard LS. When using multiconstellation on the LS or the LS Plus I have found the solution to be true when 2 or more engines fix for a few seconds. I was using a verify profile with a confidence of 5 and stopping the observation manually when I felt comfortable.

Thanks for the information. I noticed in the video you were knocking out the creek shots very efficiently, just amazing!

Zipline survey on Wolfe and Lee County line, KY. The photo next to the big white pine was a stakeout. I taped and compassed it in from a clearer area by the road and it fixed within 0.10' as soon as I plumbed the rod, and it was a good fix. Basically locating strips 40 feet wide with 5 zipline legs totaling 4000' as centerline plus taking in all the platforms on either ends of the lines.

Most of the time when I think of posting to this thread, it's to show the LS working in tough environments, but sometimes I get to work in some pretty beautiful places. This past weekend the Bluebonnets were in bloom in Ellis County while I was staking a new subdivision. Couldn't help but share.
