I am working on an ALTA/NSPS Title Survey and attempting to check my results for conformity to the "Positional Precision" and "Relative Positional Precision".
When reading the JAVAD reports am I correct in my assumption that the "95% Confidence Ellipse" published as "σa" is the "Semi-major axis" and not the "major-axis"?
As a follow up; is there a function in the LS (or other software (Carlson)) that will report the Relative Positional Precision of a pair of points as defined/required by the new ALTA/NSPS Standard?
