T-2 not connecting with TLS+

I was having problems with range between my TLS+ and my T-3. It was learned that I was missing a particular antenna on the TLS+. I have on on order.

As a fall back I tried to connect my TLS+ with my T-2 with no success. Mr. Sibole tried several settings but was not able to help me get the T-2 connected.

He suggested I leave the TLS+ and the T-2 with radio set up and connected to remote assistance in hopes that someone could look at the setup and correct the issue tonight.

TLS+ number 00293. T-2 number 00284. T-2 and HPT901BT are on and powered. Blue lights on both units.

I have started the Remote Assistance at 6:16 Pacific Time.

FYI, I can no longer connect my T-2 with my iPhone. Been using JMT for years.

Thank you.

Matt,

I see that the units appear to be connected. However I see that both the Frequency and Output Power shown in red in the lower left box on the screen.

Are the T-2/HPT901BT capable of using the narrow band frequencies that are available?

No corrections coming from the base according to the action screen.

Gentlemen,

I just checked and, apparently, no one but Matt Johnson had any input on my situation. T-2 still not providing corrections. Frequency, Mod Band and Output Power all red.

Is is possible to get the help I asked for yesterday? I am unable to use my system except to collect static data or by using the CRTN.

Dear Ralph,

We configured Triumph-LS Plus (sn: 00293) for operation with Triumph-2 (sn: 00284) + external HPT901BT radio. The UHF profile was selected for internal radio in Triumph-LS plus, which is not correct for operation with external FH915 radio. We changed FH915 RTK Rover profile for configuring of internal FH915 radio and applied it. Triumph-LS plus is now accepting the corrections from base.

Note: We set minimum value of output power on HPT901BT radio for our test. Please set the need value for this parameter.

Best regards,
Andrew Zimin

Thank you Andrew!

I most likely will use the T-3 as a base as opposed to the T-2. The T-2 is slated to be a backup. Will the changes that you have made affect the connection to the T-3?

Thank you again for your help.

Please create the separate profile for configuring of internal radio in Triumph-LS Plus and apply it when you will operation with Triumph-3.

The UHF profile was selected for internal radio in Triumph-LS plus, which is not correct for operation with external FH915 radio.

It the future it would be nice for the software to automatically select the correct mode, UHF or SSFH, when the base radio is detected.
