435BT Power cable

Our power cable for our 435 broke at the connector that goes into the 435. I've pulled the pins out of the connector and should be able to remove the old wire from the factory crimp. My plan solder them back to the wire and reinsert them into the connector, only problem is since both wires broke off I don't know which side is positive and negative. If anyone else has a power cord where the out layer of insulation is cut farther back than the connector could you take a look and see which side is black and which side is white in relation to the white "release" arrow printed on the top?

Good morning. I checked mine with a multimeter for continuity, and it returns the positive connection wire connects to the "Left" terminal of the connector as viewed from your photo. Best of luck.

Thanks Steve! I was able to use a very small drill bit to remove the old wire from the pin and get it soldered back in. Everything is up and running now.
