Localize, with a twist

I got a file from another surveyor, whereby he used an older T-1 from Javad, with the Carlson Data collector. As history works, he set his base up and used GROUND CSF, and Geodetic at the base station.
The base was on point 1, and the coords were 9k,9k,300 Elev.
Well, I set my base up some other place, and through a bit of work, shot his base nail.
Then, I localized on it, with the CSF, and a Theta, to duplicate his brgs, to work with the file, in the field. This worked fine in the field.

Then, I came home, and tweeked it up a little, and TRIED to create the following scene:
Page 0, Arkansas South Zone, NAD 1983
Page 1, True North, on Other surveyor's brgs and CSF
Page 2, Grid north, with CSF
The only difference between Page 1, and page 2 is the applied theta.
I want it like that, so that I can work in SPC, Page 0
Page 1 lets me emulate the other surveyor
Page 2 lets me simply work in ground, so that I have a very close 1:1 scale factor, from what I get from the LS, and what the deeds do.

Now, the problem is that no matter what I have tried, the LS insists on forcing page 1, and page 2 to be the same, either Geodetic, or Grid brngs, but won't let me set up BOTH pages.
I've tried all morning. I sort of think we need a button that says COPY WITH NEW NAME in localize, whereby we can copy a localize, and then modify the second one, without changing the first one.
It may be that I am missing some key piece of info.
Thank you,
N

Page 1 and Page 2 (Geodetic North and Grid North, respectively) are two different coordinate systems. You'll just need to duplicate the localization if you are wanting both to have the same origin and CSF but different rotations.

(By the way, technically your Page 1 system is also a grid North, just not SPCS Grid North, but I take your meaning and do the same thing in casual conversation).

This exist already in the Coordinate System screen.

Will that allow me to duplicate a localize, leaving the original one the same, and then modify the new one, and save it, and set it to a page?
I'm not near my LS. If that's true, then should it not say DUPLICATE LOCALIZE? Or, do we duplicate the coord, onto the next page, thereby building the new localize?
