T1M Radio config problems

I am having radio issues with my T1M set.
History: I have a set of T1Ms I use with a carlson surveyor 2 and Carlson SurvCE 5.09
When I got them after a bit of fiddling, we got them to work well and reliably. After a year or so I wanted to setup my 35w radio as a repeater to the internal 1 watt. During the process we had to narrow band the radio. I hardly ever used the 35w as a repeater, and it really only worked properly briefly. I had a lot of problems keeping connected when I knew it should be easily working. All through this I was able to use Network RTK so it was not a big issue when in cell coverage.

I began having issues with the internal 1w radio about a year ago. Reliability was an issue, and it finally quit connecting all together. I messed with making new profiles in carlson and got it working intermittently again by trying to go back to the original settings I had in the very beginning. I thought I had them all right but things seemed really finicky. It quit working again, and I have primarily been using the system Static & network RTK for quite awhile (which both work great).

I really need to get the radios working again so I can get some work done in non-cell areas. I would like some help getting everything configured again. I would like to go back to the original setup that we had before the narrowbanding and repeater setup. I know the deal with narrowbanding, and I am in an area far outside cities and have literally zero radio interference in my county, so it will not be an issue. I guess I would rather just have everything back working the way it was in the very beginning.

As far as what is working, I am able to connect to the RTK network via cell, and work normally over a network, so the RTK is working. When trying to work base-rover, I setup the base as I did before, and then connect to the rover. It always says autonomous, Latency N/A so I can not be getting the corrections from the base. The antenna light on both the rover and base are lit green, so I should be getting signal. I have also made sure ALL of the settings match, and I can't seem to get the corrections applied to the rover.
(FYI: I thought I copied the previous config file and saved new ones so that I didn't mess up any settings when I was trying new things, however I can't get any of the previous setting files to work properly now.)

I am making sure SurvCE is up to date right now, and will make sure the firmware on the T1Ms is current as well.

What can we do to get everything back up and working? I really miss my operation running smoothly and I am very quickly losing the weather battle here with snow on the ground, it is urgent I get up and running properly soon.

Help can be provided if you set up a JSupport session. I have attached the instructions.

I think I can update the T1M myself, and will give that a shot tonight. a couple years ago, we had an issue and someone setup a time and I plugged in and unplugged the receivers and radio, rebooting and moving wires as instructed. I assumed since I have 3 things to work on we would need to do that again.
As I remember we did it first thing one morning (eastern time) as to catch the Moscow guys still in the office.

Not sure why I didn't think about this before.
Have 2 usb cables, so I can plug both receivers in.
And I guess I could also plug the 15 pin to 9 pin cable into the radio, with the 9 pin to green connector into one of the receivers (does that go into the port next to the USB connector?) then someone could access all 3 units over JSupport?

Both receivers and the radio should be directly connected to the PC. The radio can be connected to the PS with the USB cable or serial cable.

Forgot that I had the radio USB to 15pin cable!
Successfully connected all 3 to computer with netview/modem at the same time. I updated all 3 to the latest stable firmware.
The 35w radio was supposedly current, but I refreshed it anyway it is now V 3.2 Rev02B28
The T1Ms were both Firmware 3.7.2 Aug 31, 2017 updated to 3.6.14 Nov 19, 2018.
I can't remember how to daisy chain into the T1Ms UHF radio to check those - I suspect they will need to be done as well.

I am going to try one more time now to setup base/rover this afternoon. I have this feeling I messed something up in carlson somehow.

If it doesn't work I will set them up overnight for support.

Looks like I am back up and running - with just the T1M internal radios anyway. Tha is all I need for right now.
I setup here at the office and was able to fix in just a minute or 2. I could never even get the corrections applied before.
I used my modified config on Carlson (the one that worked briefly a few months ago) and it worked without further tinkering.
Kinda strange, all I did to get it working again was update the firmware in the 2 receivers.

I will double check the 35w radio when I get out on a job in the next week or two.

Did you try clearing the NVRAM when you first had problems? This should be one of the when things you do when having problems. The NVRAM is cleared after the firmware is installed so this may be what fixed it.

Yes. I am 95% sure I did that a few months ago, however I did not do that recently.
That makes more sense that having to upload new firmware. Unless something strange happens, I need a new feature, or security, once things are working smoothly, I usually leave equipment and software alone. Can't break it if you don't mess with it!

Looks like I will probably need the 35w radio later in the week.

How do I go about arranging for an overnight JSupport connection to get that all setup?

It has been a VERY long time since I have used the 35w radio. Utilizing Carlson, I send a command that will like the radio to the base station, disabling the internal 1w on the T1M, and then it links via BT to the 35w and begins broadcasting. Is it possible to issue different commands via the text command file to configure the radio differently? What I am thinking of is it possible to set the radio to broadcast at say 10w instead of 35w? That may help my issue where the radio is overpowering the T1M at medium ranges. I do have the Javad app on my phone too, but do not use it for anything currently. I do not think that functionality is built into the app either.

I posted instructions for JSupport above. The Javad Mobile Tools app has the ability to start the base and configure the radio. Instructions for this are in its manual. GREIS commands can also be used to set the radio output power.

I downloaded the JSupport, and I understand how it works. Where/who do I send the access codes to? I don't want to post the code to my computer up on an open forum.

"GREIS commands can also be used to set the radio output power"
I will read the manual on this. Thank you.

The GREIS command to set the HPT435BT radio will be:

set,/par/modem/d/uhf/link/pwr,XX
with XX be the output power in dBm. For the HPT435BT acceptable values are 26 (0.4 watts) to 45 (35 watts).

FYI since I had the files on my desktop...
This is the command that I have to bind the base to the 35w
