I’d say no on this. Even if it were possible which I don’t think it is, it would not make sense to spend a lot of time developing software to control other manufacturers’ equipment.

The idea that I think I am seeing, is that Mr. Javad feels that there is no need to develop a "work around" for when GPS don't work, when GPS has not been pushed to it's limits. And, the limits keep changing... And He's the GPS captain of the planet!
ARRRRR!

Total Station Collect and Stake are being worked on now. In fact Total Station Collect is already implemented in the Test branch of J-Field.

If I'm understanding this correctly, you can install the Mobile Tools app on a smartphone or tablet, and use it like a survey controller for your GPS? Would this allow you to run the T2 or 1M like an internet rover for RTK work?

If the operating system is the same, couldn't you just load your robot software on the LS and run it from the main windows screen? Forgive me if that's a real dumb question.

Yes you can do this although the features in the Mobile Tools app are not as advanced and developed as they are in J-Field.

Is anyone else having issues with the latest release of JMT for Android? When I try to enter the Points tab it locks up the app on a black screen and I have to kill the app. I completely reinstalled after backing up my survey styles and jobs and still get the same issue. I have also tried clearing the appdata cashe. It worked properly for a short period after reinstalling but it seems like this is certainly a bug.
I have reached out to Javad but just thought I would see if this is something prevalent or if it just might be something with the Galaxy S10. I used the older version of the app quite a bit after getting this phone with no issues.

@Yuri Noyanov may be able to help.

It looks like we narrowed it down to the Geodata files. The issue now is when I clear them and try to get JMT to download fresh files it will not. Anyone got a link I can use to get the geoid12b_conus.db3. Not sure if mine was corrupt or if it is truly a bug in JMT. I am waiting to hear back from Yuri if he can replicate using my files for the Javad folder I sent from my phone.

OK. I updated JMobile to show progress while downloading. It takes a lot of time now in background. Next beta will show the progress on Monday.
