Triumph 2 no longer getting GLONASS sats

I have had no problems with my T2 over the last couple of years until recently. It has been the best GNSS unit I've used for reliability and ease of use.
I updated the firmware last week to the latest stable version and only today I noticed that it isn't getting GLONASS sats.
Not sure if its got anything to do with the firmware however.
When I look in the Options in Net View I see a '0' under 'Purchased' for GLONASS.
None of the options have dates either. I have tried resetting the NVRAM but that doesn't seem to make any difference.
Any ideas?

You might try reloading your OAF from the internet. As I recall, 0 under purchased means it is not active. It could be that the OAF on the receiver somehow became corrupted.

Thanks Shawn. I tried as you suggested but GLONASS still comes up '0'. I checked but it doesn't see the sats either.

Short story: I would like to download a copy of my OAF file to my computer for the purpose of updating my T2 in case of future NVRAM clearing & firmware upgrades.
How do I do this?

Long story:
After very protracted discussions (pleading really) I got the OAF options I payed for back. While I don't know exactly why the Glonass option was taken off my T2 when I cleared the NVRAM, upgraded the firmware and reinstalled the OAF from the internet, it did leave me with a bad taste and distrust of any system that leaves one at the mercy of others controlling your device capabilities (in this case hobbling it) via the internet. Kind of sounds like a Tesla thing - not something I need to fear in that case though!

I'm not blaming Javad as I believe they were trying to sort out someone else's mess (not mine either!). After many months of having leased Glonass options courtesy of Javad the OAF option was returned. See Short story.

I have a couple of OAFs stored locally, but no longer remember how I got them. Can they be exported via NetView & Modem?

Hi Jim,

You likely received your OAFs from our automated email system when your order was paid and closed. OAFs cannot be extracted/exported with NetView & Modem. Customers that purchase through dealers can receive their OAFs from their dealer or request them from JAVAD GNSS directly.
