RTPK issues

Today I have been collecting points all morning. Not once have I collected an RTPK point today. RTK is cooking on these points. Even on the days I have been getting something (RTPK) I only get the first one, never anything after that. What causes it to work someday and not others? Anybody else having these issues. I am running current pre-release on an LS+.

I've had the same issue with rtpk using the rtn. rtk and rtpk has been terrible in general. wide open and struggling to store a point. base and rtn. . LS and T2

I have been using the base the whole time and not the RTN. Still no RTPK on what I collected after lunch. Is this a software thing with pre-release, if so should I go back to release. I miss the conformation of the RPTK. Now I am just running on Variety and mutiple extra shots.

We need this data for RTPK debugging. Please send the project on support.

Greg, reset tracking this is not at all what RTPK likes.

In the meantime setting RTPK interval to 120 sec would help in your case.

I do it manually periodically, I am running the setup from Adam Plumley, maybe there is something that got left off or toggled off by mistake. FYI RTPK is working fine this morning on a new project.

Are you sure you do "Reset Tracking" and not "Reset RTK"? Because I see that your HW button is set to "Reset RTK" but it is not dangerous for measurements as I know.

Michael I sent two projects. 123-21 project I had trouble with open sky. I tried 100 different settings and it struggled. I used base and rtn with same poor results. The other project called Lot 31 was on the rtn only and it was 100% different. Lot 31 project preformed like a beast. 3 engines fixed in tall pines next to tall homes. rtpk good results in first 15 seconds. never had a problem. lot 31 was actually worse conditions in the hills and tall pines.

Mitchell, I have similar episodes both using the State RTN and Base/Rover. Some periods it is amazing, other times and it is like being in the the 90's. Looking at the status screen it should be clicking away. I try everything including re-booting to get it to come to. And re: RTPK, some days it fixes in seconds, other days the majority of the readings are either no fix or float quality. When I first got RTPK it was more in the few second range and it matched RTK. For topo I have RTPK set for 30 seconds. I generally cannot afford to wait 2 minutes for a topo shot.
