Dropbox Issue LS Plus

Hello, after mounting my dropbox account and successfully completing the outlined procedure I am apparently unable to access dropbox from the LS itself. It shows up but when I try to transfer files (download or upload) I'm getting the following: Error retrieving files list: timed out. curl=28: Operation time out after 30691......... I have excellent internet service and speed and I'm logged out of dropbox on the pc. I am using a thumb drive for transfer but would like to be able to export and import from dropbox for convenience in the field. Any help appreciated!! I should also note that I have successfully transferred and was transferring to my google cloud account but want to switch to dropbox since I use the cloud as my cad files/survey workspace.

Hi Ben, can you please set the unit to RAMS for a night, connected to internet, please? We can check the issue remotely, I believe.

Ben, let me know the serial of Triumph-LS, please, and password for RAMS, if any.
The p/n is 01-610200-400, no password that I'm aware(box unchecked) of and I am leaving it on now Eugene. I will mention I just tried it again using my office internet and it gave the same error message stated above. Thanks. I can leave it on any evening next week as well.
