I was able to upload my raw data but the CORS processing for base just stalls and goes nowhere
David, we experienced the issue with server recently. Now service is up and running. Unprocessed jobs were postponed and should be processed already, please check your reports on app.javad.com or rerun jobs again.

Is DPOS down? I've tried to submit data several times since yesterday evening. Data appears to upload and then hangs up at "1. 39 points and base data send to DPOS".

Tried again this AM, uploads but stalls at "48 points and base data send to DPOS". Have tried many jobs over several days, nothing.

Is there a detailed document for downloading converting to Rinex and sending the base files to OPUS?

Very disappointed that this feature doesn't work, and that any repair of hardware takes over a month.

Duane,

I downloaded JPS2RIN (free) and thereafter if I select a base file and right click on it I see the option to convert for OPUS. Its worked well for me in the past and was simple.

Wes: thanks for posting this! I had downloaded the JP2RN utility last week and tried, unsuccessfully, about 6 times to upload a file to OPUS. Your instructions clarified what I was doing wrong and the file processed seamlessly.

I have to say, after six years of using DPOS, this really seems like a step backwards. But, I guess all us users can do is deal with it.

Thanks again,

GY

Any update on this? I need the base to rover processing more than the base itself.
Need to get a few jobs out tomorrow....

M Local is the way to shift survey points. Highlight the source point being translated (usually a base point, but it could be a rover point if the rover point was on a known coordinate). Click the chart button below the DPOS button. At the bottom right corner of the screen, you should see a button with two green planes. If you don't see it click on the button at the top left that shows ABS/Known/Auto. Cycle through them until you see the two green planes button. This is the M-Local button. Once selected you will be prompted to give a point or coordinate for the destination of this point. Once selected and okay'ed the point will translate, along with the base point (if it's a rover point) and all rover points collected from that base point. Points observed from other base sessions will not move, nor will any design points. In this regard, it works very much like DPOS in how it translates. Note this is only for small translations such as you might encounter in translating from an autonomous position to a CORS position (a few meters). It is not intended for large translations such as State Plane to 5,000/5,000.

Shawn, Could you please explain more? Are you saying we can process the rover points too? This is what I am needing the most. Thanks
Jeremy,
You can post process directly from the points screen as Matt suggested but you can even yet again reprocess once you have your base file downloaded. With the base file downloaded, it is a drastic improvement in my experience. It has been quite impressive in this situation. Give me a call and I'll be glad to go through our workflow on this.

Thanks, Josh! I might reach out tomorrow. I'm currently in the field collecting more points in hopes DPOS comes back. Pappassurveyor walked me through it yesterday but I need to do more verification that it worked.
