Radio unpaired

I have been using LS+422, T1-M20215, & HPT435BT. Friday after installing V 4.0 we tried unsuccessfully to install JCORS & Jet Packs, but we were successful in "Un-pairing" the Radio. I do not have the cable & have failed in attempts to pair the radio by bluetooth. Any suggestions, would be appreciated.

Ugh, having just gotten done with getting my Jetpack working again, I'm not looking forward to troubleshooting a UHF radio problem.

Mike, I had been following your posts for a solution. Also Eugene's reference to "Known Issues". I was hoping that someone would share with me the correct cable to buy from JAVAD to hard wire the radio to the Rover and try that to pair the radio. I have already boxed up the Jet Packs and put them in the closet.

You will want this cable to perform pairing for an HPT401BT or HPT435BT:

You will want this cable to perform pairing for an HPT404BT:

The one for the 404 will work for the 401 and 435, but the one for the 401 and 435 will not work for the 404. The one for the 404 includes power (the 404 is powered through the 15 pin connection).

Shawn, I received the cable. Did Javad published instructions for the procedure to pair the radio in Base/Rover Setup rather than going through Net View?

Adam, Thank you. How kind of you to help me. That was the correct procedure. It appeared to work. Although it is not back to the pre JetPack attempt. I am loosing UHF at about 1500'. Yesterday the 1 Watt was letting me go 800'. I am use to getting 4000' with the 35 Watt. I'll see how it works.

Adam, after lunch, success. I had not set the out power to 35W. Thank you.
