Find Me Service Not Working

Hi all,
Since the update to 4.0 the find me service has not worked on either of our units. I have tried updating, rebooting, toggling the service on and off with no avail. Anyone else experiencing this?

Eugene,
I have that selected in both units. I have tried turning it off and on several times but it hasn’t worked for a while.

I will remind the engineers Josh.
Thank you sir. I have found this service to be quite handy. Rather than bugging the crews to see how they are progressing from job to job, a quick glance online lets me know which one they are on. Not to mention the security aspect.

Thanks, I have got the issue, It happens for receivers that were upgraded from LS to LS Plus version. It caused redundant record in DB and the old record was always taken instead of new one. Fixed now.
I don't need unit on RAMS, please disconnect and confirm that you can see the real position now.
Regards!

Eugene,
Thank for looking into this. However, it appears now it is not showing a location at all.
Both our units were purchased as an LS+. They were never upgraded.

You must be did not turn them on after my updates and units were not report position. They both should be viewed like this:

Please confirm, you can see them.

Eugene,
I still am not seeing positions. Do I need to disable the service while you are doing updates? Im sorry for any confusion. The service worked great for a year and one day it just quick working.
Thanks.
