On Thursday I had a crew that were out trying to collect RTN data and they set up on a benchmark that we have used with confidence in the past and got elevations about 1.5 meters above the published elevations. I confirmed that they had the correct configurations as best I could over the phone and that they were using the correct geoid model.
I would have assumed that it was a setting they may have changed but another co worker of mine had the same problem surveying in FL this week so it seems like it may be an issue with the T2 itself somehow? Curious if anyone else may be having this issue or possible causes? Another crew was running RTN survey with our second unit and did not have this issue.
