RINEX Converter

For reasons unknown, I can no longer right-click on a JPS file and see the options for RINEX conversion. Figuring that I need to reinstall something, I went to the Javad website, but it's been substantially reconfigured since I last visited, and I was unable to find any of the software downloads previously available. Any idea where I should be looking?

That goes to the Justin page, but I don't see anything about the Windows Explorer add-in that I previously used. It allowed a right-click with options for OPUS and other conversion, which was very handy.

I tried jps2rin, and it successfully converted the JPS file to RINEX. I submitted that file to OPUS the same day I collected it (before the rapid ephemeris was available), and OPUS processed the file without incident. However, the next day -- after the rapid orbit was available -- OPUS would no longer process the file, delivering a "data was either very noisy or it was collected in kinematic mode" message. Not sure what's up with that...

Jim,
Funny you say that. I have been banging my head all day trying to figure this out. The first time I encountered this I had a rather short occupation and assumed it was just a bad session. However, today I collected 5 hours and cannot get OPUS to process no matter what settings I use in the converter. I have also tried files collected from our office base (Delta 3S) with no success. This is especially troublesome because I am trying to process a Lidar trajectory that processes through OPUS. Last night I ended up using a file from a CORS that was 15 miles away (not ideal). PLEASE HELP!!!!

Thanks for posting that! I reinstalled jps2rin (a note about that below) and used the right-click OPUS conversion. OPUS liked it!

Note: I don't think I needed to reinstall it. What had me flummoxed was the Windows 11 behavior of hiding some of the right-click options from the initial menu that appears with a right-click. Once I clicked on the "Show more options" link I saw the RINEX conversion options that I failed to find before. I would dearly love to revert the right-click behavior in Windows Explorer to the Windows 10 version, but so far haven't found a way to do that.

Yeah I suspected it may have been a system quirk.

Thanks so much for sending this. I assume this is a new version? I installed my version only about a year ago. I assume something changed on the OPUS side? I'm just wondering why my version quit working all of a sudden?
Thanks again!
