Help With JPS File

Can help me see what is wrong with this file, or get a solution out of it. The file attached.


Below is the email from OPUS

FILE: Gravette OP1674489505849

6034 ATTENTION!! The quality of the GPS data from the rover or nearby
6034 CORS sites was too noisy and below minimum standards to attain a
6034 meaningful solution. To avoid this unexpected inconvenience the
6034 user may want to re-observe at a different hour of the day and for
6034 a longer period of time.

It seemed to process fine for me. Not sure why it told you that.

FWIW, I ran two versions of this file, converted using jps2rin, through OPUS-RS (the session is less than an hour long, so not eligible for OPUS-S). The one using "Convert to RINEX 2.11" returned a position, but with warnings of low quality. The one using "Convert for OPUS" returned the same message that kirt got.
