If you are using an LS as an RTK net rover, and the corrections you are given don't include Galileo, does that mean the extra satellites would have no effect on your position?

I'm having trouble connecting to my Triumph-LS after the latest big windows 10 update. It can see the device, but the Windows Mobile Device Centre doesn't open any more. I tried uninstalling WMDC, but that didn't help. Is there a known issue? Is there another way to access files on the LS?
