Michael, I don't work in your area, but just a guess, maybe either no Geoid model loaded with your projection , or a incorrect model loaded? Try geoid18_conus.
Just a note. I was unable to upgrade through NetView/Modem, most recent version, trying to use the download firmware, but was able to upgrade through Netview/Modem from the server once I ran it as Administrator. I am running Windows 7 Professional. Thanks to Phillip Lancaster for the tip!!

Good morning. I checked mine with a multimeter for continuity, and it returns the positive connection wire connects to the "Left" terminal of the connector as viewed from your photo. Best of luck.

Jim, I run the LS standard with a T2, and ArDot RTN, and have been on the new release for over a month. Other than learning to navigate the new interface, (read the white paper), I have had solid results on my setup.
