Thanks Adam! Did the NVRAM reset. I also made some changes to radio settings. Switched modulation to D16QAM. It now will give me a good fix and I can collect at 5HRZ. The Bluetooth light is still flashing and the TX light is on steady on the radio. Maybe that is normal with the updates?

I've had my system for a little over a year and I've never been in here. But I will now! I see you guys discussing things that I didn't even know were possible! I just updated my LS, T-2 and now the radio. So I have a feeling I will be here getting it all working together again.

AhHa!! I had to go into settings in Software Update and put a check the external radio box. It's updating now. Thanks for your help!

Thanks Shawn. I have it hooked up and the radio is on. But the software update screen just says that my LS is updated and says nothing about the modem.

I am having trouble using ModemVu to update my radio. Support Team says to use J-Field. Can anyone explain how to go about that? Thanks!
