At what point (timeline) will the Galileo constellation make a difference in my RTK solution? That is if/when I upgrade my T1M to track them. 14 up now, maybe 4 more in the fall gets the total to 18 satellites, plus testing period...is it realistic that a usable Galileo signal could be viable next summer? I regularly see 13-17 GPS/GLO satellites now, would a handful more satellites make a huge difference?

They are scheduled for 4 more Q3 2017, after they start launching 4 at a time. I am in your situation, and pegging Q4 2017 as the time to make the decision. I would want to test it out for a few days to give it a try, but thing the extra birds should help out.
