I'll think about how to make it more convenient. Currently you can use the following option to see a description of the selected point:

Andrey, on your first screenshot, I see at the bottom of the screen "middle point".
Does that create a mid point between the inverse points?
Thank you,
Nate

I'm not opposed to adding the description here, but for me, I don't use the description in the way old data collectors do. I use the Code and attributes with the description just being a bit of additional text to help describe the object if necessary.

I've always wanted to inverse by description.
Start typing in the description, and it narrows the selection, and continues to narrow it as you type. Then, as it narrows the selection, you can pick the desired point, from the narrowed list.

The functionality is there. If you select the point from list and then use the filter>additional filters>description, you can do what you describe.

Yes Shawn, but it's clunky. You type in the desc, and filter, repeat. Until you find it.
I want it to be "interactive". As you type, it filters, narrowing the selection. It's in the way the database functions.
