Advanced Setup screen

How do I get to this screen to do a Real-time Position Shift? I used to be able to press Set Up twice, but now it just flashes and is gone. Have to be quick with the check mark button.

The gear symbol with a check mark half the way down on the left side in the collect or stakeout screen
