Alignment Creation Help

I have a 3d polyline created in Carlson Survey that I would like to stake in the field. Not sure how to upload then use a 3d poly. All suggestions are appreciated.

Shawn, should I be converting the .pln file to some other file first? Not able to import the file for some reason.

I researched other threads and saw the recommendation to save the 3dpolyline as a 2010 dwg and import that. It now shows up on screen and appears to be showing staking data.
Never know what I was looking for until I was there looking!! I'll test it tomorrow. Its a force sewer main project that I grab as built info on as they go but they also want a quick and dirty check of the hole, hence the need for the alignment.

Alignments can be imported in XML file format.
