Are all screenshots hidden from users?

Recently, Matt mentioned that no longer are screenshots created for PDF Reports to be accessed like they once were. Is this true for all screenshots including those created on the fly, in the field, using hardware key PrtScn? I dunno, but that's how it seems running the stable version of Jfield v.3.0.0.195 and in possibly understanding a little more of what's going on under the hood.

So working with that assumption we must use, Home Screen1, Files, Collected By User, menu item, and then we're apparently expected to either Send To or Export as HTML. The HTML option seems to work best as you end up with the whole caboodle. The Send To method sucks if you want to try and Copy (i.e., not Move) more than one file at a time. Consider dropping the word Send in favor of Copy if that's what's actually happening. I was initially thinking I'd see a place to enter an email address when I first read Send.

@Andrey Zhiganov it would be useful to add an option for a Multi Selection screen in the Files > "Collected With Points" and "Collected by User" screens.

Kelly, if you want to export all the screenshots the easiest way to do this is to an export a Project Archive and select the Only Media option with Screenshots checked.

Good to know, thanks Matt.

Well, after trying the archive only media route just now, I think that, Home Screen1, Files, Collected By User, menu item, and Export as HTML option seems to work best as you end up with the whole zipped-up caboodle with way fewer clicks, plus a nifty little html page to display these images. See example zip attached.
