PLEASE, HELP -ME!

Hi, I have a JAVAD T 1M. I was using Javad Mobile Tools version 4.4.5, everything was working normally, until the system was updated to version 4.5 and since then the receiver can't get the fixed solution or even doesn't capture satellites. Please, how can I reverse this situation?

Bruno,
Can you do a hard reset?
There is alot of stuff in that unit, and all that's needed to stop it is one thing out of place.
Hard reset is good starting place.

Hi, I already did this procedure, but without success. This happened after upgrading to JAVAD Mobile 4.5. Is there a possibility to return to version 4.4.5?

I don't have a T1M. I have a T-3.

Hello Nate, I pressed the two buttons that have on the T-1M for the reset. Later, I connected the base and the Rover. And I managed to get a point in fixed solution, but after that it didn't work anymore. The amazing thing, is that I believe it is a setting that has changed in app version 4.4.5 to 4.5.
