What is the difference between the backup created by the "Full Backup and Restore" button under Files and the "restore point" created during the software update procedure? Do they do the same thing as the "Archive Several Projects" button if I select all the projects?

"Restore Point" make copy of data + applications. But it doesn't backup Linux OS, so it is possible that old "restore point" will be incompatible with the current OS version.
"Full Backup and Restore" backup all data and it is like ""Archive Several Projects" button if I select all the projects".
Now it is possible to download last applications together with Linux OS from boot menu, so restore point is not necessary. Use "Full Backup and Restore" instead.
