Base/Rover Download interrupted, now Base File and PPK shots not recognized

Greetings,

Today, after a 5-1/2 hour session, I reconnected up and tapped {Stop Base and Download} and everything went well for a minute or so. Then my T2 base started steady flashing with 5 red lights, and I noticed on my LS that there was about 42s left in the download. I left the LS and T2 on and took them back to the office. Back at the office I noticed that nothing had changed so I turned the T2 off. I contacted Matthew Sibole and first cleared the VRAM and tried downloading the base file, 501Base_2_110656 but it didn't go well. So he cleared out some old Base files on my T2 (I never cleared VRAM or any base files before and we've had the T2 since last April) and then he use the Base Rover Setup to download the Basefile back a couple of times, but it doesn't appear in the points list, and I have three points that I need the Hybrid RTK processing done on them as well. We checked and the previous Base file, and the one from today's session, 501Base_2_110656 as well as the three PPK points shots today are in the VSData\Maps\04-009-025.0-006.00\RawData folder, but some database needs to be updated to tell J-Field that it there and to connect the three points to it for a DPOS.

Can anybody help me still salvage the PPK processing for the three points? This was my second occupation so the I don't care about the base point per say, but I still want the three PPK points processed from it.

When I try to send the the Project archive it is too big to upload to this thread, so I putting it up on my Public Dropbox, which can be downloaded from the following link:

https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/104933128/04-009-025.0-006.00-161213.zip

I'm also going to leave my LS 00547 connected to Remote Assistance.

Thank you in advance, and especially Matthew Sibole, one the Magnificent Seven, for trying his best with me today.

Rory

Now in the PreRelease version it is possible to recover a DPOS session from the second page of the context menu of the "Points" screen. Just select any point from a session and press "Recover DPOS session". Also I saw that the base file was not downloaded completely (the size shown on the DPOS screen was less than in the list of the Base files). It is possible to download the file manually from the Base files list in Base/Rover (Manage Files). The file will be attached to the appropriate Base point. Please check if I understood correctly and the recovered DPOS session is what it should be.

That is GREAT! Thank you for the help!

Does this mean that we can use this tool to run multiple rovers and one base and still be able to use PPK on the second rover?

I just processed with Justin files obtained from zipped J-field project and provide a final report. I also dream about tool you meant.

Thank you Alexey for this. I saw the email notification of the DPOS reports this morning before I came in to work, and now I see the points on the LS as well have been processed, including my three troublesome points 1047-1049 which were processed against that base and used for final positions. So, everyone saved my bacon, Again, thank you Matthew, Michael, and Alexey. Thank you very much :D

When recovering DPOS sessions you might want to add a check to see if it is downloaded completely and that the base file overlaps the time period of the associated rover points. When I tried recovering this DPOS session with the partially downloaded file it caused problems and submitted itself many times to DPOS over and over because the base data did not overlap the last 2 associated points:

I will allow to process such a session with not overlapped data. A customer will see the "span" state for such files.
