Base-Rover setup LS to LS

Has JField simplified the Base Rover setup using two LS's or LS+'s to be similar to LS(rover)to T2(base)? I recall in the past something about the Phase Ofsett (.375') not being accounted for and something to to with DPOS solution being off by this margin. There was some other glitch too.
