BINARY FILE AB_CRSS.DAC is required for the transformation

I'm getting the message "BINARY FILE AB_CRSS.DAC is required for the transformation" with yes, ask later or skip menu, when I start Ntrip. What does this mean?

Dear Ken,
It looks like your coordinate system requests binary file for computation. The file should be located at javad/geodata folder. JMT can automatically download the file from Javad GeoData web server. Please select Yes to download it and after app.restart your coordinate system starts to work without any questions. (Otherwise you can put AB_CRSS.DAC file manually to your Android device to folder javad/geodata)
