Cannot get corrections from RTN networks

I live in Jonesboro, Arkansas, and we have a Cors base here (ARJB) and I'm close to the Missouri Dept. of transportation (MODOT). Last Thursday my LS quit connecting to the cors,
I had AT&T to replace the sims card twice, this did not work. We are able to use the mobile hotspot and tethering on my cell phone to connect to the base so it is not the sims card nor is it on the cellular side, has to be in the LS. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Try going to set up and edit the general group setting called receive interface on the rtn apn screen. Set it to the internet you are using cellular or wifi.

So, we checked your Triumph-LS with S/N 00217 and the verdict is you have Very old Software because you still use Operating System is WinCE,. But we not supported it for a long time. So you need ti update your unit to Linux OS. For updating you need to do migration. For migration you will need to use USB flash on 16 GB minimum. Insert it to USb connector, go to System / Migrate to Linux OS and following the manual on screen.
