Cannot see recently uploaded files in my Dropbox

Is there a way to refresh the view of files I can see on my Dropbox or Google Drive cloud drive folders. I'm not seeing my recently uploaded files, just some older ones a couple of days out. Has anybody else experienced this recently as well? I cannot see my Google Drive anymore, so I probably need some help in re-mounting them.

Are you saying that you don't see files in the LS Dropbox folder that are listed in your Dropbox account when you go to dropbox.com or when you view the Dropbox folder on your pc?

Hi Matt,

Yes, I can copy a file into my Dropbox folder, make sure that it syncs, then check it with my PC and see it there, even open it. Then when I go into the same folder using Data Exchange I am not see the file, I can see other older files, but not the one I copied up there a few minutes/hours before.

Hi Robert,
Triumph-LS uses a special folder in your Dropbox home : <DropboxHome>\Apps\JvdCustomerCareCenter\
please confirm that you don't see files on LS copyied to JvdCustomerCareCenter folder.

That folder doesn't exist in my Dropbox Directory, all I have is
DLA\
Photos\
Public\

Inside the DLA folder I have another folder called TRIUMPH-DATA and that's where I have been importing/exporting from until a few weeks ago. Also, I no longer see my GOOGLE DRIVE at all. Not sure how that got unmounted.

The cloud drive settings are contained in the General Group setup. If you changed this profile you may need to open the context menu and choose Mount Cloud Drive to add your Google Drive.

Here's what I get when I try to look at my Cloud drives

the second slide is what shows on my PC as what's in the my Dropbox

the third slide is what I see in the LS

Noting there is a file that starts wtih 37-xxx-xxx.x-xxx.xx that is not showing in the LS.


Again, the problems started about a month ago. The Windows mobile works the first time I connect, but if I unplug and the replug it in, many times Window Modile Device Center doesn't reconnect until I reboot the LS. To avoid this hassle I have been using the cloud drives.

Try deleting missing file from the PC Dropbox folder and copy it there again and then refresh that folder on your LS a few minutes later.

Hi Matt,

Okay, from my PC I copied a test file up to my Lockbox, and here are the screen prints as I drilled down into the Lockbox tree trying to import it.

Also, when I try going the other way, that is exporting, I see the file I uploaded from the LS to the Dropbox, but I don'tt see it on my PC looking at the same Dropbox folder.

Something appears to be hosed, am I the only one reporting this? If so maybe I need to revoke everything and try again. I will wait for your advice.

I forgot to post the important screen shots, PC Screen shot show the TEST-DROPBOX-10-27-16 file and the screen shot on the
LS not showing the file.

Yes, I believe you are the only one having problems with it. You could try revoking it and setting it up again. There is usually some delay for Dropbox to sync between devices but this doesn't sound like the problem you are having.

It worked ok on my unit. I agree with Matt, revoke and set up again. The Beta customer site shouldn't have caused that I don't think.

Hi Robert,
Dropbox moves to the new API version since end of summer. We did noticed some temporary problems, but we were not affected on Triumph-LS. We need few hours to investigate your issue.
Can you leave LS on RAMS connected for the night? (protected by the password)

Okay Matt, I've got the Remote Assistance turned on and sent you the access code via the Conversation Mode of this forum. Eugene I'll leave it connected and on Remote Assistance On, serial number is 00547.

Also, I checked my Dropbox storage, I have lots of room left.
