Change Date on JPS file

I have 2 Topcon Hiper+ units that I can change the raw data file extension from .tps to .jps and DPOS will process the file. The files show up as JAVAD GGD recievers. Today I collected some static data and one of the files show a date that is listed as 01/01/1988, I can use jps2rin to create a rinex, and there is an option to correct the date in the file using that program, but the software creates a RINEX. I just need to change the date in the raw file in order to submit the file to Web DPOS.

Does anyone know how to change the date in the JPS file.

Thanks

Thanks, This apparently is something that has been dealt with in the past, as JPS2RIN has a function in it, that allows the date to be corrected, before it creates the RINEX file. I just do not know how to fix it in its raw form. When looking at the raw file in notepad, I can see some things that look readable, but the date doesn't seem to be one of them.
