Connect to T3 via TCP not working

Guys, why can't I connect to my base remotely via TCP? I have the correct IP for the T3? TCP port is 8002. Both the T3 and LS have good cell service because I can get corrections via TCP.

Login is Empty
Password is 0000

HELP!

I got the password and it still will not connect. Hmmm.

In NetView: May we ask what the is the T-3 'static' Internet IP-Address is, and also confirm what the Networking | Server "TCP/FTP Password" is ?
Also ensure that the Networking | Server "TCP Port" is set to '8002' . . .
[ Also what is the TLS/SSL Mode value ? ]

We got it going. He cycled the T3 modem off and on and then the connection worked with the given password using the GREIS command.

NetView can also be used to remotely connect to a T-3 IP-Address and TCP 'control port' 8002 . . .
