Connection Issues

a few months ago i had some issues with my Triumph-3 and Triumph-LS communicating, I' Having a similar issue again and wondering if anyone would be able to take a look for me tonight. Im getting the Bootloader Message everytime I try to Connect and After it goes through the short process its still throwing a error that the radios arent compatable. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

LS is connected to rams currently .

am I going about getting support the wrong way? should I be going about getting assistance differently?

Reilly, can you put them on around 6 or 7 am eastern. Let me know when you have them on. I will take a look and see if there is anything I can do. Please email me at a.plumley@javad.com once you have it set up
