Constellation issues?

I’m running a TLS plus and a T3 base getting corrections over cellular when available.

I’m a new Javad user so I’m trying to learn the system still.

Anyways, yesterday I was collected data on some points using the default canopy profile. After the 120 seconds I had agreement between RTK and RTPK so I stored the shots.

When I go to the points menu it has a column for RTK and one for PPK. No RTPK which I thought was strange because there was an agreement before I accepted the shot. Am missing something in my settings?

Also today I was struggling to get some shots under moderate canopy so I went to the engines screen(?) and noticed that it appeared to only be tracking GPS and Glonass. Any ideas on why I wouldn’t be tracking Galileo and Bedou?

I would clear the NVRam on the T3. You will have to reenter the settings on T3. Check what systems you are tracking before starting base. It's on the left Side of Remote base screen. By the language that you want to broadcast (MSM3 short).

I’m hesitant to mess with any settings on the T3. I had to get one of the Javad engineers to set up a session to get the static sim to work.

Thanks Phillip. Duane Frymire walked me through some settings this morning…For anyone that comes across this in the future the corrections were set up as RTCM3. We changed to RTCM MSM3 short and I picked up the other two constellations….works much better!

As a new user I’ve got a ton of other questions that I’ll attempt to figure out on my own to avoid clogging up the message board with (probably simple) questions that have already been answered.
