Coordinate System Naming Issue

Hi all,
We have noticed a recent issue when creating a project. It appears to be assigning a custom name with the data attached in the coordinate system. As far as I can tell it is identical to the default Grid System. Anyone else noticing this? Image attached.

When an archive is unpacked it copies the coordinate system and adds that data to the name. At some point recently did you bring in an archive?

You are correct. I did bring in a single archived project last week. I assume that system is populated on the list from recent projects?
