Copying files to a usb drive

Is there a way for being able to transfer or copy files such as screenshots and static files to a usb jump drive? I know I can transfer these items to the computer through a usb cable, but I find myself wanting to use a jump drive (they are so handy)! Also, is there/will there be a way to send files straight from the T-LS over the internet through email or dropbox for example?

This is available now in test versions, including navigating and copying from internal memory.

There is currently not a way to copy files directly to the internet, but the infrastructure is being developed at this moment.
