Deleting coordinates systems

There was a post a while back about deleting your coordinate systems and projects to clean up your LS. I do the reset factory image regularly, but I am carrying too many projects and plan to archive and delete projects after doing a full backup. The post mentioned clearing out the coordinate systems as they may be corrupted. How does one do this? Any help would be appreciated. Mike
