I've been trying to upload a file for post processing to DPOS via my Triumph LS+ over an internet connection for the last couple of hours. After Awaiting DPOS server connection it keeps coming back with an error message: No Service Available Currently.

Thanks much,
Dave.

It seems a local problem with connection to DPOS server. Could you try another internet connection?

Thanks Michael.
Are you saying local to me or local to you?
I've tried to get on my cell phone hot spot but my service might be too poor here at the office. I can't come up with any other combination that works right now.
If I go to Support on my LS and check updates it appears to be hitting that server ok as it tells me my unit is up to date.

Just to follow up I believe the problem may have been related to my internet provider. They indicated to me that they were doing some trouble-shooting on the poles outside.

Yesterday morning I couldn't hook up to my 2.4ghz wifi, not sure what I usually do nor am I sure what frequency the T-LS+ will utilize. I only could hook up to 5ghz.

Last night the 5ghz would not get me to DPOS even though it said I still had an internet connection. But I was able to switch over to the 2.4ghz wifi and DPOS then would work.

I am not sure if all of the details are related but that is what I experienced in case it helps anyone out in the future.

I am in Tampa Florida.
I used to always be able to DPOS a file an hour after I downloaded from base.
Over the last 3 or 4 months, I am typically having to wait 12 to 24 hours more and more frequently.
On jobs that I do not want to wait for DPOS, I set my base point with the State Network and then occupy with base from nearest.

John, I suspect your situation is based upon which protocols are being used for uploading CORS data. Generally (but not always) I can get CORS results for CORS Base-Rover processing dependably after GPS midnight (8pm EST). My issue yesterday morning was not being able to even reach the DPOS server.

Are these variables that I can alter? If so, I have no idea how to. I have always simply pushed DPOS and stare at the screen.

Is anyone else having trouble with DPOS? I can upload the base data and points, then is just seams stuck on points and base data sent to DPOS. Same internet connection I have been using for the last 2 years.

Yes, just tried to re DPOS a job from yesterday just to see if you were correct. It hangs up at step 2. CORS processing for base. Not your internet connection.

Yes, I have been trying to DPOS a couple of jobs from yesterday on 2 different internet connections. All with the same results as Greg and Jeremy

Having the same problem on my end as well. Runs through base processing and hangs up on the CORS processing the base. I tried switching over the DEBUG server and it is doing the same thing. I even switched my internet connection to three separate devices.

I am back to not being able to get in at all. I have tried normal server and debug server. All I get is the error message: No Service Available Currently.

John, if you press the gear button you have the option of three different processing settings. Normally I use the middle one with CORS processing on the base. If you don't need CORS determination of your location you can just use the first button that only does the base-rover processing.
