DPOS Float Solution Problem

We are using a pair of Triumph LS over Verizon. On several long occupations we are frequently getting float solutions in DPOS. We ran the data in Effgis OnPoz, which also failed. In Onpoz we can analyze the .jps file from the base and noted that the entire spectrum of satellites resets, or looses doesn't record every few minutes, as shown in the attachment. With our Triumph 1M we are not having this problem. Is there a way to fix this data and get fixed solutions?

You need to disable Reset Tracking in the LS base. To do this open the Advanced Setup menu (press Setup hardware button twice) >RTK/DGPS > Advanced RTK Settings > Reset Tracking > change the value to 0
