DPOS is fine. BUT due to GOVT "Shutdown", the data is NOT available to DPOS.

Here is a "Work Around" for you:
On any job that NEEDS SPC, just drive to your NEAREST OTHER JOB, that has a base station, with SPC, and occupy it for 5 min...., and you can translate your new job. No, it is not as handy as DPOS, but it gets her done....
Note: Radio or Coms are not necessary, Post Process it.

If you measure and record a 'known' monument and / or reference point (during your project survey measurements), then in the TLS and JFIELD you can apply a 'M-Local' XYZ adjustment.
