DXF/DWG import

Hi,
Nice to see that DXF import is much faster than was half year ago (but still not fast enough). Can anybody tell me how and where to modify settings if I do not want to see the big spots (squares) on the vertices ?

The big squares indicate a cluster of points at that location. If you zoom in they should change to the small squares if there is only one point at each of the line nodes. Currently there are no settings to control this.

It is to show you that there is more than one point there. It could probably be made a setting if people don't like it.

When you are importing a file, on the "Import From DWG/DXF" screen, go to "Common Settings" and check the "Coinciding Line Vertices" action. If you do not need to be able to edit adjacent line endpoints indenependently, you can check "Merge Together" or "Merge With Existing Points" action, and each group of adjacent points will be merged into one point. This may be not the case for your particular file if the endpoints are actually some distance apart, but in general there should not be point clusters after that, unless you zoom out really far.
