Does anyone know if it is possible to Connect a Triumph LS to a hydro lite echosounder, made by sea floor systems? I am using one right now with a robotic total station with Carlson software. The manual shows it connection to several brands of GPS receivers just not javad. Any suggestions??

We had tickets to support echosounders but it has not been implemented yet. I will follow up on this.

Hi Matt,

Happy Holidays! Please let us know if there is already a way to configure our Javad T-2 and LS units to work with an echosounder:
  1. LS to connect to the Echosounder working as a rover on the boat and using the T-2 as a base on land.
  2. Is there a way to configure the T-2 to work as the rover with the echosounder on the boat and the LS as a base on land.
I am considering buying he hydro lite echosounder, made by sea floor systems. As mentioned above by DNRLA1 on Jun 30th, 2017, our Javad equipment appears to not support said echosounder. Is there any echosounder on the market supported by our LS and T-2 units? If anybody has any recommendations! Please let me know.

For the Javad wishlist, it would be great to have an echosounder by Javad. I would like to keep all my equipment to be Javad, if possible. I don't want to have to buy a new GPS unit by others just for it to work with the echosounder when I already have the LS, T-2 and hopefully the J-mate in the near future.

Please advise,
Thank you

I'm thinking... There's got to be some boat depth finders/fish finders, that could be used, for this. In other words, take an existing piece of gear, and adapt it for use with our needs.
