Error help needed

So I created a new project, but I can't change the page coordinate system.

Went to support, software updates and tried updating new geodata. clicked to create restore point. after download stage I get error: Can't create install point: \mounted volume\vsdata.

tried hard reboot and still can't change page coordinate system.

Anyone online that can help with this?

It sounds like Mounted Volume/VS Data/Maps/GenMapsData.db3 is corrupted. You need to exit to Windows and delete this file though the file explorer or through a PC connection to Windows Mobile Device Center. If this doesn’t fix all the problems then you should do a factory recovery after backing up your projects.

Thanks Matt, deleting the file did the trick. It seemed to be in a strange spot at the end of all the projects and said not associated with any application.
