Hey Shawn Billings. Typically, when does the snow melt in Texas?
Galileo is under test by Matt Johnson. in a couple of weeks, and before snows melt in Texas! you will have it.
That sounds like a tease! What do you know? Cough it up!Anyone else notice whats in the testing version thats on the LS!
But is the firmware on the T1 released yet?
You need the OAF for tracking Galileo and/or Beidou. Nothing more from what I understand.
Yes, it seems to be a very strong signal Adam. The setup, as it is in the pre release version, is just WAY too much for us users to “get right” though. Not only setting your “chosen four” signals out of a total of ten possible (3 GPS, 2 Glonass and 5 Galileo), but also changing the corrections and the modulation to handle to new signals. From my testing Galileo is a very strong signal. I had a Galileo only fix carry me to the end of my observation for about 80 seconds of the total 240 re, This was of course in canopy.

Much better, but as a finished product I’d hope it’s hard wired where there’s no selection process at all for us users. With “choices”, I’ll be afraid in tougher areas I’ll be thinking too much “what if I have this or that selected”. Switching or changing signals could cause more harm than good - for me anyway! I’m too much of a tinkerer.....if you allow me to change things around,I probably will. The engine selection screen has been simplified so that you choose 2 of 8 constellation options for each engine (J-Field 3.0.2.1102 or greater).
