Ethernet shuts down after 3 min (aprox)

Hi everybody,
I have GPS JAVAD SIGMA whose ethernet interface stops working after three minutes. I turn on the gps, next I can access the user interface with the sowftware NetHub. I can work with the GPS three minutes (aprox), then the ethernet interface shuts down. Although I checked the configuration, electrical, communication connection I didn't find the problem.

I am newbies handling this kind of equipment. All suggestions are welcome.

I realized that my OAF wasn´t updated in my JAVAD SIGMA GPS. I connect the GPS to the Internet and upload the purchased options from ther Internet. Now everythig is Ok. I don´t know why my gps lost the Options configuration.
