External Radio

I have a triumph 3 base with LS plus rover. Installed latest update a couple of weeks ago and cannot get external radio to work, says rover radio is not compatible. Internal radio and cell work fine so any help in resolving would be appreciated.

Please review post #2 -'Base' f/w v4.6.0

f/w v4.6.00 (or higher) should be installed to all JAVAD Triumph 'base' receivers (using the Javad NetView application) if using TLS JFIELD current firmware 'Release' version.

Current TRIUMPH-3 Firmware is 4.6.00 and JField 4.0.1.675. Got remote assistance helping with the update but cannot get external radio working. Internal radio and cellular are working.
