FCC license help ...

Can anyone offer advice on an FCC license agency to submit my application? I am using a 1 watt T-3 but I should probably request 35 watt license should I upgrade in the future. I'm of course looking for the most cost-efficient help. And someone who knows GNSS-RTK.

Am I correct the T-3 offers 406-470 mHz capability? I'm currently set on 461.025 mHz.

I've had good experiences with National License (317.564.8018). They set me up for my VHF handhelds and my 35-watt UHF.
