GLONASS Sats not being tracked on T2

Hi all. My T2 has been working until recently when I noticed it was taking a long time to get an RTK fix, if it did manage to get one at all.
I hooked up to Netview app and found that it was not tracking GLONASS sats.
I cleared the NVRAM and updated the firmware using the app but to no avail.
I checked the Options and the option for RTK and GLONASS is still there as 'purchased'.
Any ideas?

It sounds like you did everything available. Can you check it again and see if it still the same?

Hi Adam, I just checked it now and still no GLONASS.
I'm guessing these sats are still online!?

Hi Steve! We had such problems with T2. First of all I checked satellite systems. If everything is ok, I downloaded firmware feature stable and OPTIONS from website (it's important to download options in spite of the fact that you checked them) after it I turn off beidou in my T2 and check satelite systems once more. I tested T2 with different configurations of satellite systems and found that with gps+glonass+galilleo T2 use more satellites and it's the best configuration for this receiver.

Thanks for that info Geosety. I did end up taking the unit to the Australian distributor and they said it was a dodgy solder connection. They said they had sort of padded it out but it could possibly fail in future which is not great.
I'm always looking for a better configuration though so I'll try the satellite set up you suggest.

Thank you. Hope, the receiver will work better. Can you write about the results?

Geosety. I played around with turning off beidou and couldn't really discern any obvious change in how long it took to get an RTK fix or how reliable it was. I have an area outside my office shaded by a large Tulip tree where its always tough getting a fix but I managed both with and without beidou. I will continue to use the T2 in the field with it turned off and see if it seems improved or not. I'll report back in a few weeks.
Thanks again for the suggestion.
